    Is the workout hard? is it a lot of jumping? My bottom of my foot is broken and was just wondering if the workouts are hard.

    Saw ad on TV. some of the women look very skinny and some odd shapes, where the photo seems to have been narrowed to make them seem thin and long. One woman has an enourmous bust which is still there in the after photo – wouldn't it have shrunk. loved the tearful actress, I mean customer who was so pleased she could at last wear her wedding ring!

    the workouts are well put together the ab workout is effective but the best is the glute work on the floor on the last phase you really  feel the burn anyways consistency is the key to success you have to do the work theres no magic program

    Why so many negative, skeptical comments? It's amazing to me that so many can say this is fake without trying it. I ate healthy and did this program…I actually didn't do the third (hardest, longest) dvd I kept doing the 2nd one..so I kinda cheated that way..But I still lost 45 lbs and went from size 14 to a 6. In 3 months. So my (6 week) mark I was probably around 30 lbs down. So this really works..quit being so negative..how about try it yourself. Good luck to everyone who tries…you can do it :)

    OMG! If the program doesnt it's because you do not eat right!! And people also forget that all human bodies are different. Some burn fat better and faster than others because of metabolism. Eat a healthy and Varied diet and strength training 4 times a week + cardio 4-6 times a week = results quickly! And yes you'll get fat again, if you're going back to old habits.

    Sure, it's fine, but if they're younger or new to fitness, it's a good idea to run through the workouts first with an adult to make sure they get their form right.

    I just started this workout. The only thing I don't like is she is not in sync with the music at times. I'm gonna try to sync my own music with it.
