You are a lifestyle changer man :) Seriously, I've got a whole lot of ideas of how to make perfectly balanced meals from your videos, and now I'm creative in the kitchen as never before. Like, there are endless variations of recipes, so when people think that the vegan diet is boring and is only about restrictions, they are wrong!

Hey Derek, loving the recipes, and that salad looks amazing, as was the monster dinner portions! You mentioned for the salad that sauerkraut is great for the biome in the gut, as is kimchi. However, there is a caveat insofar as the stomach acid kills off most of the probiotics before they even reach the rest of the intestines. But this is only if you eat a large meal and have a full stomach. This causes the food to stay in the stomach for 30+mins. If you want the sauerkraut or kimchi to pass quickly through the stomach 15mins or less then eat it on an empty stomach and not a lot else with it, that way the vast majority of the probiotics survive the stomach!

Red Curry is Thai :) Just watch out, as most Thai curry pastes have shrimp paste in them

Pretty inspired by your dedication to super healthy eating and training regime Derek. Well done brother. I'm only vegan for 5 weeks now , just need to kick the alcohol for good as it ruins everything. Ps you ever see Vegan Gains knocking about in Toronto?

Just wanted to say I love your videos they have given me a lot of guidance. I was hoping you could touch on meal preparation for those of us who cant cook 3x per day because of work etc. What are some of the best foods that could potentially keep longer? or just meal prep recipes you might have?

Awesome that you mention how your tastebuds change after eating a Whole Foods plant based vegan diet! I have experienced the very same thing and I'm glad someone is getting the important message out to a large audience about eating healthy. Great stuff man!

Can you do a video on knife skills, please! I'm okay at chopping my veggies but would love to improve.

Need to be careful with Hummus. Everyone uses oil. Have to make your own without oil. Cashews work well.

It's refreshing to see someone on YouTube WITHOUT tattoos!! Aside from that, I think your videos are fantastic. The attention to detail is the reason. Great job!!
