Subway veggie sandwich with sweet onion teriyaki and mustard or a huge salad.

Sushi or rice and steamed vegetables from an asian restaurant.

    If you have a fridge, i did a whole week of lunches on two cans of refried beans, some quac, salsa, vegan sour cream and throwing some salad greens and sliced tomatoes onto a wrap. Cheap and easy!

    My husband used to work for Wendy's. He said they was and scrub the potatoes. Let them air dry. Wrap them in foil and bake them. They leave them in the foil until they serve them. They leave them in a warmer. They can't be held longer than 2 hrs. My husband says they're best served within 30 minutes…great video. I learned a lot. I'm very often carrying potatoes in my purse..

    Rub some olive oil all over the potato skin (doesn't take a lot of oil), sprinkle with salt and bake in oven directly on the rack.

    Good grief. Just watched your great video and then went on Facebook where everyone is talking about how they are doing whole 30 and the keto diet. Why is everyone choosing to do these unsustainable diet when they could just go plant-based? I really don't get it. I would love a video about whole 30 and the keto diet and why so many people are jumping on that train?!
