How To Lose Weight Fast – 5 KG:

Fast Diet Weightloss Smoothie:

Mango Lassi Overnight Oats:

mint leaves: 1 cup
moringa leaves: 1 cup
coriander leaves: 3 cups
basil/tulsi leaves: 2-3 sprigs
curry leaves: 2 sprigs
green chilies: 8-10 (adjust as per taste): if making for kids use only 3 green chilies.
Shallots/small onions: 8
ginger: 1 inch, roughly chopped
garlic cloves: 5-6
2 large lemons
cumin seeds: 1 1/2 tsp
Salt: 1 tsp
turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp
do not add water to this while blending.
store in a glass container in the fridge
it will keep good for upto 2 weeks
the main ingredients are coriander leaves, mint leaves, and moringa leaves. If you cannot find moringa leaves you can use dried ones or moringa powder.
Moringa leaves are excellent for kids as they are natures multivitamin. This is also another way of including them in your kids diet as they are slightly bitter when having alone and kids usually make a fuss to have them; but blending them with mint and coriander leaves helps the bitterness to be eliminated.
