If I may make a couple of suggestions:
    1. I replaced regular candy bars and cookies with these Atkins Harvest Trail bars – they are very low in sugar, high in fiber, and taste good.
    2. I picked up an inexpensive rowing machine – it's nearly a full body workout, and since it's relatively quiet, you can do it while watching TV or late at night while other people are sleeping.
    3. Drink lots of water, and try to substitute sugar free drinks for the stuff you'd otherwise have.

I know these seem pretty obvious, but they have worked well for me. Good luck and here's to a healthier you!

Try cutting down on your sugar intake as well, because you do consume a lot of it based on your videos. Your daily Starbucks and nightly ice cream for instance. Cutting those out will help you shed the extra weight. I have a sweet tooth myself, but I cannot have it very often since I have a condition combined with meds that cause weight gain, and diabetes runs in the family. I look at sugar and gain weight. No matter how hard I try or what I try, my body holds onto fat like its going out of style. It’s extremely frustrating. For what it’s worth, I think you look awesome and healthy. However, if this is your goal then I’m rooting for ya!

I loved doing HIIT 3 times a week if possible, but after a while my knees started to hurt, had to tone it down. I do a mix of of a lot of workouts… good luck on your journey.

You go girl! My post menopause body is a stranger to me. It doesn't look or function like it used to. It's so much harder to stay fit and toned…and to drop a few pounds like I used to. You're smart to take advantage of being young and develop good workout habits now! It used to be a struggle until I got myself a reliable workout partner and got back into yoga again.

Sarah. Diet is huge! I work out 5 days per week (with a trainer once per week)and it wasn't until I changed my diet. Eating clean was the biggest challenge and it was the most rewarding.

I can email the meal plans and clean recipes my trainer gave me.

I can relate. I'm 49. Plus work 12 to 14 hrs a day. I'm just exhausted after I get off. I do drink water. I stop drinking soda almost 7 months ago. I do try to go walking sometimes. I need to do it more often.
