    I hope 2018 will be my year. I've been trying to lose weight for years to no avail. I always end up giving up and pigging out and getting to a point where I don't care. I even tried the gym and quite after 3 months because I didn't go anymore and hated it. There's just nothing that motivates me. I hate it.

    I've been overweight my whole life and I'm only 15. Words so not explain how big of an inspiration you are to me. I started gaining weight around 8 years old because my mom became an alcoholic. I would shut myself in my room and just eat the worry away. Around 10 years old I way already weighing in at almost 180 pounds. I believe my highest weight was 200+. I've lost 30 pounds so far and I'm currently at 190 pounds. I go to the gym daily and eat very healthy foods. I started actually getting serious about losing weight around November 2017 when at a doctors appointment my doctor said that I might want to do blood tests to make sure I didn't have diabetes. I was so scared. I just want to say to anyone losing weight – please don't give up. Losing weight is one of the most hard and frustrating things you can do. I cannot count how many times I have cried and almost given up on losing weight through out my journey. You got to stay strong and keeping going cause it'll be worth it in the end ❤
