Hi guys welcome to day 4 of vlogmas!!! time is flying! In today’s video i share a full day of low carb eating, a grocery haul and upper body workout.

Workout 20 reps each x 50 minutes
1. Dips
2. Front raise
3. Overhead tricep press
4. Lateral raises
5. Bent over back fly

    I just re-watched so many of your old videos. You’re so motivating to me!! Especially your old track videos where you were running when it was freezing. Makes me feel like I can’t complain about running outside when it’s a little chilly because I live in Texas, lol. I’m so glad you’re uploading regularly again & back on Snapchat!! ❤️
