    My number 1 purpose is just to make. better. choices. I don't like putting too much pressure on myself because I end up feeling guilty and I've found that a simple guide to everything is to just make better choices. In food, in exercise, activity, thoughts, waste, everything. Like you said, it's a journey, so I'm just taking it slowly but surely.     1) drink more water
    2) be happier and stop comparing myself to others :)
