    I want to lose weight, I've been on a healthy diet for over a month, I haven't had any processed food in over 4 weeks, I've lost 19lbs so far, I exercise for 30 mins-45mins a day
    I don't eat meat, there are always alternatives and that's why I'm happy and the food tastes delicious, I eat veggies, fruits, fish, everything but not sweets, processed food or white bread or rice
    I drink detox tea when I wake up and before I sleep, I don't eat 4hrs before I sleep, I exercise before I sleep then have a cold shower then I sleep
    This has helped a lot and I'll continue to live this way and I enjoy it very much
    I used to be 90kg and now I'm 81, lost 19lbs

    I want to lose however much it takes to flatten my stomach. Even my family comments on how much weight I've gained since starting 8th grade. im in 9th grade now, and since the end of 7th grade I have gained almost 30 pounds in pure stress weight. I don't eat healthy, but it has never been a problem before. since the end of 7th grade I've gained so much weight, and lost so much confidence, that I would do almost anything to lose it. the problem is, my family doesn't want me to try and use it with exercises like this. My dad thinks that I should do weight training, and that would help more than HIIT workouts. I know he's wrong, but if I told him that I wanted to do workouts your way and not his, he would never let me work out ever, and just say that if I wasn't going to listen to real advice (his) I might as well never try and get healthy. I try and do HIIT when hes not home, but since I can't do it every day, it's been really hard
