How to lose weight fast with this breakfast fat burning oats smoothie. Quick weight loss with oats.

This breakfast smoothie has 270 calories and it will keep you full till mid-day. It will also help you to keep your cravings and binge eating away as you will feel full with this smoothie.

This low-calorie, yet filling, smoothie will help you get through your fasting days without feeling deprived, shaky, or exhausted.

If you are on a weight loss plan; then start your day with this fat burning smoothie as it will keep you full and thus aids in fat burning.

Everything You need to Know about OATS:

IMP NOTE: All grains contain phytic acid (an organic acid in which phosphorous is bound) in the outer layer or bran.
If you notice any stomach pain, indigestion, or constipation. Then your body is not tolerating the phytic acid in the oats, and you have to soak the oats for a few hours or overnight to reduce the acidity of the oats. Or you should lightly roast the oats, but since instant oats are precooked it usually does not create any issues. Pls refer this video to understand the different types of oats

Soaking in acidic solutions (lemon juice, curd, yogurt etc) allows enzyme, lactobacilli and other helpful organisms to break down and neutralize phytic acid.

Banana: 1/2 (52 cal)
Frozen or fresh pineapple: 1/2 cup (35 cal)
Skimmed milk: 1/2 cup (40 cal)
Skimmed curd/yogurt: 1/2 cup (70 cal)
Oats: 1/4 cup (73 cal)
Curd will give the much needed protein and milk will give the calcium.

    Hate animal milk. So make make mine with banana, apple/mango/pineapple, oats soaked in blue diamond almond milk. Add two spoons of honey peanut butter for taste. Yummy.
