    Hi, my weight is 62kgs(136pounds). I am 5 feet and 3 inches tall. My body measurements are 36-30-39(breast-waist-hips) and my shoulder measurement is 41inches. How can I know which body type am I? Took an online test once and according to it I am Mesomorph! Can you please help me confirming it? So I can start training accordingly! :)

    Help!!! I have followed this for the last 3 weeks and I have lost 10 lbs but 7 of them was lean body mass. Working out the same. I don’t want to loose my muscle I work so hard for. What am I doing wrong?

    I'm having trouble losing fat on my inner thighs. Once I lose that, I'll be happy with my body.
    Right now, I go to the gym a low, and my diet is okay.
    I need help to lose the fat on my inner thighs
    My chest is 30", my waist is 25" and my hips are 35"

    I think I'm an endo morph. I keep going over when I eat and gain too much weight. I want to loose weight. and get thinner looking. but I'm 160bls. I don't think it's bad at all. but I don't look right. anyways I want to be back at 130bls. and I don't know what to do. I don't believe in tummy tucks ok. Ty for the advice and how do u count macros? ty. totally clueless. I also can't help it if I eat candy becuase I work out alot and then my body needs some sugar. but I don't like it when I eat too much bc of my macros so if u could teach me to count them I'd be glad ty.

    Thanks a lot! This was the most helpful video I've seen so far on Mesomorph macros!
    The only thing I struggle with is the 30% fat. I'm well on the way of upping my protein and I manage 40% carbs pretty good, but even if I really watch my fat intake and removed all pure fats like oils, I always come out at 40-25-35… The 35% being fat. Mainly because a lot of protein sources also contain quite a bit of fat (like whole eggs) … Do you have any good tips on how to reduce fat intake?

    what would you say a good calorie range is for someone trying to lose weight but also continue to put on muscle? I'm 169cm, 24y/o, and I weigh around 174lbs. like is there really a good way to lean out while still putting on muscle?
