Hi, I am Rachel with Circus School of Arizona, and I am demonstrating a toe climb on the rope. So this is a toe climb, I use my toes to climb. I pull up with one toe while pushing down with the other. It is really all your weight is into your toes, as you can see I can open up my hands, the one that is holding onto the rope right now is open. So, all my weight is into my toes. And then this is a descent, bringing the hand to your belly, each hand underhand to the belly. So this is a toe climb on the rope which can be learned at your near circus center.
