    I find list really helpful, so I did this. not sure if someone else already has.
    1. Giving up alcohol
    2. Putting on active wear once per day
    3. Audiobooks for information
    4. Cut out refined sugar
    5. Learn moderation

    Quick weight loss isn't feasible for everybody, however I've seen success. I had a lot of failures in my past, then again I found something called The Venus Factor. Whoa!
