    Great video. I just started an 80% plant based diet, 20% animal products for health but the weight is coming off. I don't count calories but feel great!

    It was so easy for me to lose weight before but now I restrict my calories and weight doesn't go down anyway. But still I get about 80-90% of nutrients because I eat vegan, foods that has added vitamins, like fortified yogurts, milks, corn flakes, soy (it has a huge amount of omega 3 and protein).

    I do the body checking thing now while I'm still overweight and starting to lose weight cause I'm obsessively making sure my shirt is sitting right//I don't look "too" fat. I've done it as long as I can remember.
