    omg this was so hard. i was so out of breath and dizzy and it made me laugh how out of shape i am. this was my second time attempting this and the good news: i got farther than 2 minutes this time haha

    I did this workout along with the 15 minute butt and leg workout you have back to back, can I just say holy shit?????? I am dying sweating and getting some hot flashes right now. By sweating I mean dripping haha. The burn is real…now off for a much deserved shower and then food because shaking and ravenous now. Keep posting these! They are amazing and I love doing them in the privacy of my own home!
